These Terms of Service govern your use of antarlife.com and purchases made through the Antar store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked from the store. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Store operator and contact

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order or enter into a purchase contract. A parent or legal guardian may purchase on behalf of a minor where appropriate.

3. Products

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Natural materials, finishes, colours, dimensions, packaging, and appearance can vary slightly between batches, photography, devices, and displays. Such reasonable variations do not affect any rights you may have where a product is defective, materially misdescribed, or not as agreed.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final payable total are shown before payment where required. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods made available at checkout. An order is not confirmed merely because payment details were submitted; confirmation is subject to successful payment processing and our acceptance of the order.

5. Orders and availability

We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, an item is unavailable, pricing or listing information contains a material error, fraud or misuse is suspected, delivery is not reasonably possible, or we are otherwise unable to fulfill the order lawfully. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the appropriate refund will be issued.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed appointment times.

7. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellation requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible customers can submit return or cancellation requests from their Antar customer account.

8. Gift cards

Antar Gift Cards are digital stored-value products redeemable subject to the terms shown at purchase and Shopify's gift-card functionality. Gift Cards are final sale except where applicable law requires otherwise. Gift Cards are not cash and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

9. Antar platform access

Some physical products may include promotional or bundled access to the separate Antar digital platform. Store purchases and platform access are related but distinct services. Any platform-specific terms, eligibility requirements, account rules, subscription conditions, or expiry conditions disclosed for that access also apply. A physical-product refund or return does not automatically create rights to continue associated promotional digital access where the offer terms state otherwise, subject to applicable law.

10. Account information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and payment information and for keeping access to your email account and customer account secure. Contact us promptly if you believe an order or account has been used without authorization.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use the store to violate applicable law, interfere with the store or its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, commit fraud, abuse promotions, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in conduct that materially harms other customers, Antar, Shopify, or service providers.

12. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Antar name, brand assets, product presentation, editorial content, photographs, graphics, text, and original site materials are owned by or licensed to Antar and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes. No broader license is granted.

13. Third-party services

The store relies on third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and linked websites. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond obligations imposed on us by applicable law.

14. Spiritual and wellbeing content

Antar products and content may relate to spiritual practice, reflection, repetition, meditation, and lifestyle routines. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice, and no particular spiritual, health, emotional, financial, or other outcome is guaranteed. 15. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Antar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the store or products where such liability may lawfully be limited. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective goods, fraud, or other non-excludable obligations.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the store, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

18. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the store at the time of your transaction generally applies to that transaction unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you.

19. Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the store operator and the transaction, including applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from using a forum, remedy, or right that applicable law makes available to them.
